  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 100 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp light butter
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 30 g cashew nuts

    Slice chicken into cubes and add fresh garlic, paprika, turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, salt, pepper, low-fat yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix until the color changes.
