- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tsp light butter
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 30 g cashew nuts

1Slice chicken into cubes and add fresh garlic, paprika, turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, salt, pepper, low-fat yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix until the color changes.Tip: If the color doesn't change, the chicken is not well seasoned.~5 min
