Ingredients

  • 2 pcs chicken breast (halved)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 can canned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach (fresh)
  • 1 cup white rice (cooked)

    Cut chicken breast in half. Marinate with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Mix until it changes color.
