Ingredients

chicken marinade
  • 400 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice (squeezed)

  • fresh coriander optional
sauce
  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • 1 whole onion (sliced)
  • 30 g cashews
  • 2 whole tomatoes (chopped)

    Slice chicken into cubes and add fresh garlic, paprika, turmeric, garam masala, salt, pepper, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix until the color changes to indicate thorough seasoning.
    Tip: If the color doesn't change, it's not well seasoned.

    Add light butter to a pan, then add sliced onion with the same seasoning used earlier. Mix well before adding cashew nuts, chopped tomatoes, and Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined.
