  • 400 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 100 g fat-free yogurt
naan
  • 120 g self-raising flour
  • 80 g fat-free yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) optional
sauce
  • 10 g light butter
  • 1 whole onion (sliced)
  • 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

    Cube chicken breast and season with garlic, ginger, paprika, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and fat-free yogurt. Mix until color changes.
    Tip: If the color doesn't change, it's not well seasoned.

    Melt light butter in a pan, add sliced onion and cook for 1 minute. Add chopped tomatoes and the same spices, cook for 2 minutes.

    Cook the seasoned chicken for 4 minutes on each side until golden. Add the blended sauce and mix well. Garnish.
