  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 60 g fat-free yogurt

  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • 1 whole onion (sliced)
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 30 g cashew nuts
  • 100 g fat-free yogurt
  • 50 ml pasta water

    Slice chicken into cubes, then add the seasoning mix (as shown on screen), followed by lemon juice and fat-free yogurt. Mix well and marinate.

    Add light butter to a pan with sliced onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
