  • 30 g Plain yogurt
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Crispy Potatoes
  • 125 g Potatoes (small cubes)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil optional
Sauce
  • 10 g Light butter
  • 0.25 medium Onion (sliced)
  • 10 g Cashew nuts
  • 100 g Canned tomatoes
  • 30 ml Evaporated milk

    Slice chicken thighs into cubes and marinate with garlic paste, salt, garam masala, paprika, turmeric, chili powder, yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix until the color changes.

    Slice potatoes into small cubes and season with salt, paprika, garam masala, garlic, and optional olive oil. Mix well, then oven bake or air fry for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Lay the marinated chicken on a sheet pan and oven bake or air fry until golden and juicy.
