  • 300 g chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 60 ml buttermilk (homemade (milk + lemon juice))
coating
  • 60 g crushed cornflakes (crushed)
honey sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

    Cut chicken into strips. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, sriracha, and homemade buttermilk. Mix well.
