Honey Sriracha Chicken Tenders
Healthy no-oil honey sriracha chicken tenders baked until perfectly crispy with a sweet and spicy glaze. The chicken is coated in a sriracha buttermilk batter and crushed corn flakes, then baked and finished with a honey sriracha lemon sauce. A high-protein, low-calorie snack or meal.
Ingredients

- 60 g crushed corn flakes (crushed)
chicken
- 300 g chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 4 tbsp homemade buttermilk (low-fat milk with a squeeze of lemon)
sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice

1Cut chicken into strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, sriracha and homemade buttermilk. Mix well.~5 min
