Ingredients

breading
  • 60 g crushed corn flakes (crushed)
chicken
  • 300 g chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 4 tbsp homemade buttermilk (low-fat milk with a squeeze of lemon)
sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

    Cut chicken into strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, sriracha and homemade buttermilk. Mix well.

    In a separate bowl, add crushed corn flakes and the same seasoning. Mix well.

    Take chicken from the wet batter and coat well in the corn flake crumbs. Place on a baking tray.
