Low Calorie BBQ Chicken Tenders
Crispy, healthy BBQ chicken tenders made with sugar-free BBQ sauce and crushed corn flakes breading, baked in the oven without frying. The chicken strips are marinated in BBQ sauce and black pepper, coated in seasoned corn flake crumbs, then baked until perfectly crispy and finished with a BBQ glaze.
Ingredients

- 60 g crushed corn flakes (crushed)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt

- 300 g chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 3 tbsp sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

1Cut chicken into strips, add sugar-free BBQ sauce and black pepper, and mix well.~5 min
