Healthy Mexican Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast (sliced)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 squeeze lime juice
- 1 whole onion (chopped)
- 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)
- 100 g black beans (canned, drained)
- 100 g white rice (uncooked, washed)
- 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
- 250 ml water
- 1 handful coriander (fresh, chopped) optional
- 2 stalks green onion (sliced) optional
Steps

1Season chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix until color changes.Tip: If the color doesn't change, the chicken isn't well seasoned.~3 min

2Cook the chicken on medium heat for 3 minutes, then add chopped onions and bell pepper and black beans.~5 min
