- 150 g Mexican rice (cooked)
- 50 g shredded lettuce (shredded)
- 50 g sweet corn
- 80 g black beans (canned, drained)
- 30 g light sour cream optional

- 200 g chicken breast (sliced)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 squeeze lime juice
green sauce
- 0.5 whole avocado
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 handful coriander (fresh)
Steps

1Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, red chili flakes, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lime juice. Mix until the color changes.Tip: If the color doesn't change, the chicken isn't well seasoned yet.~3 min

2Make the green sauce: blend half an avocado, low-fat yogurt, coriander, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice until smooth and creamy.~3 min
