- 60 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 handful coriander (fresh)
- 1 squeeze lime juice
quesadilla
- 2 whole eggs (beaten)
- 1 whole low calorie tortilla wrap
- 1 whole tomato (sliced)
- 30 g low-fat cheese (shredded)
