  • 60 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 handful coriander (fresh)
  • 1 squeeze lime juice
quesadilla
  • 2 whole eggs (beaten)
  • 1 whole low calorie tortilla wrap
  • 1 whole tomato (sliced)
  • 30 g low-fat cheese (shredded)
