  • 300 g chicken breast (sliced)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
sauce
  • 1 whole onion (sliced)
  • 1 whole bell pepper (sliced)
  • 200 g canned tomatoes
  • 60 ml water

  • 6 whole corn tortillas
  • 60 g light mozzarella (shredded)

Steps

    Slice chicken breast and season with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until color changes.

    Cook on medium heat for 8 minutes until golden brown. Shred into pieces.

    Cook onion and bell pepper with the same seasoning used for chicken. Add canned tomatoes, water, and the shredded chicken. Simmer for 2 minutes.
