High Protein Chicken Tacos
Healthy low-calorie chicken tacos perfect for weight loss. Shredded seasoned chicken is cooked with bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes, then served in crispy folded tacos with shredded mozzarella, fresh coriander, and lime.

- 1 whole onion (chopped)
- 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (with a splash of water)
- 4 whole taco shells
- 40 g shredded mozzarella
- 1 handful fresh coriander optional
- 1 whole lime (wedged) optional

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp mixed herbs
- 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Steps

1Cut the chicken breast in half and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well until well coated.~3 min

2In a separate bowl, add chopped onions and bell pepper with the same seasoning used for the chicken.~2 min

3Get a pan on medium heat and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, shred it up into pieces.~10 min
