Healthy Chicken Tacos
Low-calorie chicken tacos filled with well-seasoned shredded chicken, sauteed onion and bell pepper, canned tomatoes, and melted light mozzarella — all folded and toasted to perfection. Ingredients

- 400 g chicken breast (cut into pieces)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp mixed herbs
- 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
filling
- 1 whole onion (chopped)
- 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)
- 200 g canned tomatoes
- 60 ml water
garnish
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped) optional
- 1 whole lime (cut into wedges) optional

- 4 whole small tortillas
- 60 g light mozzarella (shredded)
Steps

1Cut chicken breast and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.~5 min

2Cook the chicken on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Shred into pieces.~10 min

3In the same pan, add the chopped onion and bell pepper with the same seasoning. Cook for a minute.~2 min

4Add chopped tomatoes and water, then add the shredded chicken and mix well.~3 min

5Dip a tortilla in the chicken mix, then place on a separate pan. Add the filling and shredded mozzarella. Fold and toast both sides until crispy.~5 min
