- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
sauce
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 100 g low-fat cream cheese
- 30 g parmesan cheese (grated)

1Get water in a pot, add salt, bring to a boil, then cook your pasta for 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove and reserve the pasta water, then drain the rest.Tip: Save the pasta water — it helps emulsify the sauce.~10 min
