  • 300 g chicken breast (sliced)
  • 0.5 whole onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped) optional
chicken seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
sauce
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 100 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 30 g parmesan cheese (grated)

    Get water in a pot, add salt, bring to a boil, then cook your pasta for 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove and reserve the pasta water, then drain the rest.
    Tip: Save the pasta water — it helps emulsify the sauce.

    Season your chicken breast with garlic powder, Italian herbs, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.

    Make the sauce by blending low-fat milk, low-fat cream cheese, parmesan, Italian herbs, and the reserved pasta water until smooth and creamy.

    Get a pan on medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 5 minutes until cooked through, then set aside.

    In the same pan, add chopped onions and garlic and cook until fragrant, then add the sauce and bring to a light bubble.
