  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 0.5 whole onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped) optional
alfredo sauce
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 100 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 30 g parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 100 ml pasta water (reserved from cooking)
chicken seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

    Get water in a pot, add salt, bring to a boil, then cook your pasta for 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove and reserve the pasta water, then drain the rest.

    Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, Italian herbs, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.

    Make the Alfredo sauce by blending low-fat milk, low-fat cream cheese, parmesan, Italian herbs, and pasta water until smooth.
