Ingredients

chicken
  • 400 g chicken breast (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp salt
sauce
  • 100 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 20 g parmesan (grated)
  • 1 handful fresh spinach

    Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, basil, red chili flakes, and salt. Mix until the chicken changes color.

    Make the sauce by blending low-fat cream cheese, low-fat milk, parmesan, more garlic powder, basil, and chili flakes until completely smooth.

    Get a pan on medium heat and cook the chicken for 3 minutes.

    Lower the heat completely, add the sauce and a handful of spinach, then cover for 2 minutes. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
