- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 80 g light cream cheese
- 100 ml pasta water
- 3 tbsp Peri Peri sauce
