Ingredients

chicken
  • 300 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
garnish
  • 50 g fresh mango (diced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
sauce
  • 1 tsp light butter
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 100 ml mango juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp habanero hot sauce

    Cube chicken breast and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt and lime juice. Mix until the color changes.

    Cook the chicken on medium heat for 8 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.

    Add light butter and fresh garlic to the pan. Cook for a minute, then add mango juice, honey, habanero hot sauce, paprika and lime juice. Mix well and bring to a light bubble.

    Add the cooked chicken back in and simmer. Garnish with fresh coriander and mango pieces, then serve.
