  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 20 g tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp fish sauce optional
  • 0.5 lime lime juice (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or sweetener
  • 45 ml water

    Cube chicken breast and add soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.

    In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, tamarind paste, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and water until smooth to make the Pad Thai sauce.
