  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 30 g gochujang
  • 10 ml sesame oil
  • sesame seeds

  • green onion (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 whole grated carrots (grated)
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 500 g leftover cooked rice (day-old)
spicy korean sauce
  • 50 g light mayo
  • 20 g gochujang
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 10 g rice vinegar

    In a bowl, mix light soy sauce, honey, fresh garlic, gochujang, and sesame oil. Set aside.

    Cook lean ground beef on high heat for 6 minutes. Once cooked, add the sauce with sesame seeds and green onion. Cook until golden and crispy. Set aside.
