- 10 ml sesame oil

- green onion (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 whole grated carrots (grated)
- 4 whole eggs
- 500 g leftover cooked rice (day-old)
spicy korean sauce
- 50 g light mayo
- 20 g gochujang
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 10 g rice vinegar

1In a bowl, mix light soy sauce, honey, fresh garlic, gochujang, and sesame oil. Set aside.~3 min
