- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 stalks green onion (chopped)
- 1 medium carrots (grated)
- 600 g day-old jasmine rice (cooked)
- 3 tbsp kimchi juice
- 100 g kimchi (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Steps

1Slice beef into thin strips. Marinate with soy sauce, black pepper, chili flakes, chili powder, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
