High Protein Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta
A rich and flavorful Tuscan-style creamy pasta with golden seared chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and spinach in a parmesan cream sauce. This version packs an impressive 67g of protein per serving.

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp red chili flakes optional

- 1 tbsp olive oil
pasta
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 0.5 whole onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 40 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 150 g pasta (cooked)
sauce
- 150 ml low-fat milk
- 60 g light cream cheese
- 30 g parmesan (grated)
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 0.5 cup pasta water (reserved from cooking)
Steps

1Slice chicken breast into halves. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, red chili flakes, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.~5 min

2For the sauce, blend low-fat milk, light cream cheese, grated parmesan, Italian herbs, and pasta water until smooth.~3 min

3Cook the chicken in a pan on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.~8 min

4In the same pan, add chopped garlic and onion and cook until fragrant. Add tomato paste, cherry tomatoes, and sun-dried tomatoes.~4 min
