  • 3 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice (squeezed)

  • 1 whole onion (chopped)
  • 1 whole bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 whole carrot (diced)
  • 1 cup white rice (uncooked)
  • 2 cups water

  • 3 tbsp yogurt mint sauce
