Ingredients

cheese sauce
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional
  • 60 g light cream cheese
  • 60 g low-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
chicken
  • 500 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
mac
  • 300 g macaroni pasta (cooked)

    Cube the chicken, then season with garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, salt, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Cook chicken on medium heat for 8 minutes until golden brown. Turn off the heat, add honey and barbecue sauce, and mix well. Set chicken aside.
