Ingredients

chicken
  • 300 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 150 g cooked macaroni (cooked)
sauce
  • 200 ml light evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 60 g light cream cheese
  • 40 g cheddar cheese (grated)

    Cube the chicken breast and season with fresh garlic, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, salt and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Cook chicken on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Turn off the heat, add BBQ sauce and honey, mix well, then set the chicken aside.

    In the same pan add light evaporated milk, hot sauce, light cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic and onion powder. Stir until smooth and creamy.
