  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 20 g Light butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Honey (drizzle)
  • 10 g Fresh parsley (chopped)
Mac and Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 200 ml Low-fat milk
  • 80 g Light cream cheese
  • 80 g Low-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 320 g Cooked macaroni (cooked)

    Slice chicken into cubes. Season with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.
