- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

- 10 g Fresh parsley (chopped)
Mac and Cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 200 ml Low-fat milk
- 80 g Light cream cheese
- 80 g Low-fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 320 g Cooked macaroni (cooked)
Steps

1Slice chicken into cubes. Season with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.~5 min
