  • 300 g pasta (dry)
  • 400 g lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 30 g parmesan cheese (grated)
sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 whole tomato (chopped)
  • 100 g light cream cheese
  • 100 ml pasta water (reserved from cooking)
seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

    Get water in a pot, bring to a boil, then cook your pasta for 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove and reserve the pasta water, then drain the rest.

    Heat olive oil on medium heat. Add cloves of garlic, chopped bell pepper, and tomato. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.

    Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender cup with the reserved pasta water and light cream cheese. Blend until completely smooth.
