- 1 tsp olive oil
- 20 g parmesan cheese (grated)

- 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 whole tomato (chopped)
- 100 g light cream cheese
- 100 ml pasta water (reserved from cooking)

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian herbs

1Get water in a pot, bring to a boil, then cook your pasta for 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove and reserve the pasta water, then drain the rest.~10 min

2Heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic cloves, chopped bell pepper, and tomato. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.~6 min
