Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (chopped)
  • 2 whole tomato (chopped)
  • 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g light cream cheese
  • 100 ml pasta water
  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 300 g pasta (cooked)
  • 10 g fresh parsley (chopped) optional
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese (grated) optional

    In a hot pan, add olive oil, fresh garlic, tomato, and bell pepper. Season with Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.
