- 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)

- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 100 g light cream cheese
- 100 ml pasta water
- 500 g lean ground beef
- 300 g pasta (cooked)
- 10 g fresh parsley (chopped) optional
- 20 g Parmesan cheese (grated) optional
Steps

1In a hot pan, add olive oil, fresh garlic, tomato, and bell pepper. Season with Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.~5 min
