cucumber salad
  • 1 whole cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
korean sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp gochujang paste
