Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 80 g light cream cheese
  • 30 g parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 60 g spinach (fresh)

  • 200 g cooked rice (seasoned)

  • 400 g steak (sliced into strips)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

    Slice steaks into strips and season with salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, and olive oil. Mix well.
