Creamy Garlic Pepper Steak

- 1 tbsp light butter
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 80 g light cream cheese
- 30 g parmesan cheese (grated)
- 60 g spinach (fresh)

- 200 g cooked rice (seasoned)

- 400 g steak (sliced into strips)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil

1Slice steaks into strips and season with salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, and olive oil. Mix well.~5 min
