Ingredients

potatoes
  • 300 g potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
sauce
  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chipotle paste
  • 100 ml evaporated milk
  • 50 g light cream cheese
  • 20 g parmesan cheese (grated)
steak
  • 300 g steak (cubed)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp parsley (dried)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

    Slice steak into cubes and season with salt, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, lime juice and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Season potato cubes with salt, Italian herbs, garlic, paprika and optional olive oil. Oven bake or air fry for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Cook steak bites for 2 minutes each side on medium-high heat. Lower the heat, add butter and parsley, mix until coated, then set aside.

    In the same pan add chopped garlic and onion. Cook for 5 minutes, add Italian herbs and chipotle paste and mix. Add evaporated milk, light cream cheese and parmesan. Mix until smooth.
