- 1 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp light butter
- 1 tsp honey
dressing
- 80 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
rice
- 300 g cooked rice (cooked)
- 0.5 whole onion (chopped)
salad
- 2 whole tomatoes (diced)
- 1 whole cucumber (diced)
Steps

1Slice chicken thighs into cubes and season with salt, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, garlic powder, paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well.Tip: If the color doesn't change, it's not well seasoned.~5 min
