  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • 1 tsp honey
dressing
  • 80 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard
rice
  • 300 g cooked rice (cooked)
  • 0.5 whole onion (chopped)
salad
  • 2 whole tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 whole cucumber (diced)

    Slice chicken thighs into cubes and season with salt, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, garlic powder, paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well.
