- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp light butter
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)

- 1 tbsp harissa or tomato paste
- 300 g cooked rice (cooked)
serving
- 1 whole cucumber (sliced)
- 1 tbsp sriracha
white sauce
- 80 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp light mayo
Steps

1Slice chicken into small cubes. Add fresh garlic, salt, oregano, smoked paprika, chili flakes, cumin, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix until you lose patience.~5 min
