A healthy low-calorie honey garlic shrimp stir fry with vegetables and rice, perfect for weight loss and meal prep. Shrimp is marinated in garlic, honey, soy sauce and spices, then cooked until golden and combined with sauteed broccoli, bell pepper and onion in a honey garlic sauce over rice.

  • 200 g cooked rice (cooked)
shrimp
  • 300 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
vegetables
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 medium bell pepper (sliced)
  • 150 g broccoli (florets)

    Marinate shrimp with fresh garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, red chili flakes, honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. Mix until the color changes.

    Cook shrimp on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and juicy. Set aside.

    Add sliced onion, bell pepper and broccoli to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, then add fresh garlic, soy sauce and honey. Bring to a light bubble.
