  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 80 g macaroni (cooked)
  • fresh parsley (chopped) optional
cheese sauce
  • 120 ml low-fat milk
  • 50 g light cream cheese
  • 40 g low-fat cheddar (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

    Cube the chicken breast and add to a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix well until evenly coated.
