- 1 tsp honey

- 600 g potato (sliced into small cubes)
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
salsa
- 2 medium tomato (chopped)
- 0.5 medium red onion (diced)
- 1 medium bell pepper (diced)
- fresh coriander (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
