Fresh Salsa
  • 2 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 0.5 medium Red onion (diced)
  • 1 medium Bell peppers (diced)
  • 15 g Fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Taco Potatoes
  • 500 g Potatoes (small cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

    Slice potatoes into small cubes, add taco seasoning and olive oil. Mix well, then oven bake or air fry until crispy and golden.
