Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken (sliced into cubes)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 large egg (beaten)
  • 80 g corn flakes (crushed)

glaze
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
mac and cheese
  • 150 ml low-fat milk
  • 60 g light cream cheese
  • 60 g low-fat cheddar (shredded)
  • 60 ml pasta water
  • 320 g macaroni (cooked)

    Slice chicken into cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and two eggs. Mix well.

    In a separate dish, add crushed corn flakes with the same seasoning. Coat the chicken completely in the crumbs. Spray with cooking spray and oven or air fry until golden and crispy.
