chicken seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 15 g fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
rice
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 80 g red onion (chopped)
  • 120 g bell peppers (chopped)
  • 400 g cooked rice (leftover or freshly cooked)
  • 15 g fresh parsley (chopped)

    Season boneless chicken thighs with garlic paste, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, parsley, paprika, chili flakes, and olive oil. Mix well until you lose patience.
