Ingredients

Alfredo Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 100 ml Tomato sauce
  • 200 ml Evaporated milk
  • 80 g Light cream cheese
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
Chicken
  • 600 g Chicken breast (cubed)
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp Parsley (dried)
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 20 g Light butter
Pasta
  • 320 g Cooked pasta (cooked al dente)

    Slice chicken breast into cubes. Season with salt, Italian herbs, parsley, chili flakes, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Cook the chicken in light butter for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Add more butter and mix, then set the chicken aside.

    In the same pan, add chopped garlic and onion. Cook for 5 minutes, then add extra seasoning and mix well.
