Easy Healthy Chicken Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast (cubed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- black pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 150 g mixed vegetables
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 whole eggs
- 300 g cooked rice (leftover/day-old)
Steps

1Cut chicken into cubes. Marinate with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and soy sauce. Mix well.

2Cook chicken on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.~8 min

3In the same pan, add mixed vegetables with chopped onions. Let it brown.

4Add eggs and keep stirring until scrambled, then mix together with the vegetables.
