  • 200 g chicken breast (cut into strips)
chicken seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice (squeezed)

  • 1 medium potato (sliced)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • cooking spray
wrap
  • 1 piece whole meal wrap
  • 2 tbsp garlic sauce
  • pickles optional

    Cut chicken breast into strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix until the color changes to indicate it is well seasoned.

    Slice the uncooked potato, toss with a teaspoon of cornstarch, paprika, black pepper, and cooking spray. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 20 minutes until nice and crispy. Add salt when done.
