Incredibly juicy and tender oven-baked chicken marinated in sriracha, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and paprika. Baked over a bed of vegetables for 35 minutes, this is an easy and perfect meal prep chicken.
Ingredients
baking tray
- 300 g mixed vegetables (your choice)
- salt
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
- fresh parsley optional
chicken marinade
- 600 g chicken pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 0.5 lemon lemon juice (squeezed)
- 1 tsp paprika

1Marinate chicken with olive oil, fresh garlic, ginger, 2 tbsp sriracha, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and paprika. Mix until the color changes.~5 min
