Ingredients

baking tray
  • 300 g mixed vegetables (your choice)
  • salt
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
  • fresh parsley optional
chicken marinade
  • 600 g chicken pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice (squeezed)
  • 1 tsp paprika

    Marinate chicken with olive oil, fresh garlic, ginger, 2 tbsp sriracha, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and paprika. Mix until the color changes.
