Healthy Low Calorie Sticky Sesame Chicken Wings
Crispy baked or air-fried chicken wings coated in a sticky sesame glaze made with soy sauce, brown sugar, and Stevia. These weight-loss-friendly wings are packed with flavor and much lower in calories than traditional fried versions. Ready in just 30 minutes in the oven or air fryer.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken wings (washed)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp red chili flakes
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 squeeze lime juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Stevia
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped) optional
Steps
