Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 squeeze lime juice
garnish
  • 80 g fresh mango (diced)
  • 1 handful coriander (fresh, chopped) optional
sauce
  • 10 g light butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
  • 100 ml mango juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp habanero hot sauce

    Cube chicken breast and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and lime juice. Mix until color changes.
