Mango Habanero Chicken Meal Prep

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken breast (cubed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 squeeze lime juice
garnish
- 80 g fresh mango (diced)
- 1 handful coriander (fresh, chopped) optional
sauce
- 10 g light butter
- 3 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
- 100 ml mango juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp habanero hot sauce
Steps

1Cube chicken breast and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and lime juice. Mix until color changes.~3 min

2Cook chicken on medium heat for 8 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.~8 min
