Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast (diced)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onion (chopped)
sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes optional
  • 120 ml fresh orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with water)

Steps

    Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, corn flour, and baking powder. Mix well until combined.

    Cook the chicken on high heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Set aside.

    In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Cook for a minute.
